India actress,Shama Sikanderis making a good use of lockdown period by staying at home and spending quality time and enjoying little joys of life with her beau, James Milliron. The actress is also meditating and keeping herself busy, positive and stress-free during the lockdown phase.

'I am enjoying quality time at home with James and enjoying little joys of life with him.James is very fond of guitar and plays it really well and I am enjoying seeing him playing guitar that amuses me and helps in keeping my calm during these tough times. I am also learning to cook during these days. Besides, I am quite into meditating during this lockdown phase that's manifesting me in keeping positive and stress-free. Both of us are trying to stay grateful during such times, as this time has taught every one to realize the importance of small things in life and brought everyone closer to each other in the family', Shama says.
